Like, I would have been cool with the whole 'World Weary Vampire Kills Himself' because, really after over 2000 years? It makes sense that he'd want to go there. But it all seemed so damn rushed. Like, they couldn't have spent a little longer exploring Godric and Eric's bond? Edit; And by 'exploring Godric and Eric's bond' I do, of course, mean SHOW US THE GODDAMNED SEX.
Considering that we've had nine damn episodes of 'Maryann makes orgies and everyone in town but Sam is too damn fucking stupid to notice', did we really have to squeeze the introduction of the oldest vampire of the show, his world-weariness and his eventual suicide into four? And one of those was even a flashback.
