One of my best friends is getting her book published! I'm so proud of her! *glee!!!!*

And since I'm updating... I have no idea what to say about me that's not stupid and miserable. Mom is here, which is awesome. But I got food poisoning, which is totally not awesome. On top of the whole coughing, ears needing to pop again and refusing to and... yeah. Stuff. I think my immunity system is just asleep this winter. A small superstitious part of me thinks I'll be sick until 2010 because I've decided that will be a good year whereas 2009 sucks. Or has, you know. A lot.

But it's almost over!!! *glee!*

WOW; immune system. That's the first English atypicality you've EVER done. I'm just pointing it out in case you find yourself in an alternate universe where it's WW2 and the Nazis speak English and you're a spy and you need to discuss the immune system with a medic and... have you seen Inglorious Basterds? Like that.

I really do hope you heal up soon. :(

2009 has sucked nuts for me too; 2010 must surely be awesome. But heck; you've emerged glorious from whatever had been thrown at you. You're a star, rising.
